Problem printing a model

Hi all,
I don't see much troubleshooting info on here about printing a model. But I'm hoping someone can help. When I print my model one of my rooms doesn't print. Here are the details:

• Created a room to be used as an outdoor room attached to the house.
• Built all of the exterior walls and put large doorways in two of the walls.
• Selected "Porch" as room type. I've tried Including and Excluding the sq footage in the house.
• The walls show up fine in 2D and 3D views.
• They show up fine in print preview.
• I'm printing my model to a pdf
• They do not show up when I print my model
• What seems strange to me is that the courtyard and pool outside this room do get printed with the model, indicating, I think, that it's not a problem with the room being outside the print area (not sure if that can even happen when printing a model)

Any thoughts?
Any other information I can supply that might help figure out this mystery?
