Window frames protrude into room in camera views

I cannot get windows to display in camera views correctly. The frames always protrude into the room beyond the casings and stool (attached jpg).
I open the window settings, under Sash & Frame there are settings for the sash only - no frame settings. Am I missing something?

What wall type are you using please? What is that wall's thickness?

I cannot duplicate your results in my copy of Architectural so I must be missing some pertinent data as to what you are doing to get your unwanted results.

Thanks for the quick reply! Sorry I didn't include that info before, but I assumed it was a problem with all wall types and thicknesses.
I've done some more experimenting and found that the window frames (jambs) are displayed flush with the face of the casing at wall thickness 6-3/16" (seemingly, regardless of wall type - so far).
Anything over that wall thickness dimension will show casings lapping the jambs correctly and will add depth to the jamb (or the back of the casing) accordingly, formatted the same as the casing (in this case Oak 1, as apposed to the sash color White - see new jpg)
Any wall thickness dimension under 6-3/16" will show the white jambs extending beyond the face of the casings (as in the photo attached to my original post).
If there is a way to define a default or custom jamb width, before extra width is applied for wall thickness, I cannot find it.
Also, it does not seem to matter what window type is used - casement, awning, D.H., fixed etc.
BTW, This problem is not specific to this computer, as it was present before I upgraded from an older computer (with a slower AMD x86 32bit processor, 512MB RAM and a dedicated video card). I did a clean install of HDA12 on the new system.

The results you are having are unnatural as well as unwanted. There are such settings in Home Designer Pro and Chief Premier but NOT in Architectural. I suggest you talk to Home Designer Tech Support for better advice. I have never, in twenty years of use had anything like this come up myself (there is no way to "fix" or control this in Architectural that I know of.
Please send me a copy of your file to see if I get the same unwanted results please, otherwise turn it over to Tech Support as it is completely anomalous behavior and should not be happening. I am sorry it is.

I agree with David in that I too have never seen a window do this with default settings in all my years of using Chief Products (since vs one of 3D Home and vs 3 Of Chief Pro).

One question comes to mind. Did you customize the jamb and then copy paste the same window in multiple locations? I don't know about the Architectural Version but other Chief Versions do allow the jamb and offset to be adjusted and I have seen windows extend out due to bad settings. Just a thought.

After thinking about it another thought to share. I wonder if somehow one of the window styles included in your version of the software somehow was set to default with the jamb and set back customized. That said, have your tried using a different window style?
