Perspective full overview
We like to use the full overview or shift K to view a 3d image of our building. We have been able to then use the mouse to pan the building on all sides. However something has happened, and we can't seem to figure out how to fix it. Now when you click with the mouse it seems like he building is spinning around he mouse, also now when you go into shift k the building first appears at a distance where before it was close up. Any suggestions?

That camera tool is programmed to include all 3D objects in the plan view. Sometimes one can accidentally create a tiny segment of wall or some such out away from the house and that tiny segment gets then "included" as part of the overview so your camera viewpoint is forced way out away from the main structure.
Find the unwanted segment or object and delete it to return the behavior you are used to and that you want. You just look for the unwanted object, find it and delete it to return the default behavior.
