Exterior wall using two different types of materials
How can you use two different types of material on an exterior wall, using the first one for the first 3 or so feet and another for the rest?

I had a similar situation where a floor is mostly brick and then a strip of vinyl siding at the top. I ended up creating a closed box shape object, making it really thin, and stretching it out the length of the wall.

In Architectural and Home Designer Pro you have a "Pony Wall" tool for that but in Suite you would use a soffit (cabinet tools) shaped to carry the material you need and place as many soffits as you required on the outside to represent the look you want.
