    You are welcome to present this to Tech Support. I assume from the dialog images that you are using Home Designer Pro. Frankly, if I were confronted with this, I would just draw in the missing sill plates since Pro has manual tools for framing and roofs.
    You should do what seems right to you.
    My own opinion is that Chief Architect Inc software does a lot more right than wrong and so I just do what is necessary when it sometimes falls short, it is a matter of perspective and preference I suppose.
