Customized Cabinetry?

Hello,
I'm trying to design some custom entertainment piece in Home Designer Pro 2014 with a Moroccan / Mediterranian feel
Here is the type of shape i'm trying to put into a full height or wall cabinet (doorway on the right)

Here is the best I could come up with by rearranging a wall in front of the cabinet and trying to manipulate the (tudor arch) doorway inside of the wall

Does Home Designer Pro 2014 have the features to accomplish this? Or is this probably the only way to achieve my desired result?
I tried looking through the Support database and the in-program help but couldn't find anything
