Replacing my Graphic Card

I have got to replace my ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500/5100 series graphic card...it just doesn't cut it.

I'm looking at the EVGA 02G-P3-2637-KM NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 2048MB DDR3 PCIe 2.0 x16 Video Card

I have a Pentium Dual Core CPU E5800 @3.20 GHz, 4.0GB Ram DDR3 system memory using Windows 7 OS 64 bit

I'm not a computer expert and would like someone who understands how important the graphic card selection is to give me some feedback. Thank you.
