Lisa, when you say "mobility" does that mean that you are using a laptop? (they are hard to impossible to "upgrade" like a box PC).
I have used "PNY" brand NVIDIA chipped video cards for twenty years with Chief Architect Inc software. Whenever I tried another brand, I was sorry and returned to PNY. You do not have to have the bleeding edge grade video card (which are very expensive). I would suggest that you get a card with 1-2 Gb of its own RAM built into the card and then you should be fine in terms of software performance.
