Cool New Apartment, need help with painting it. (Pics)

The place I am working for is giving me an apartment as part of my wages and they said that they have in the budget to get paint for it.

Now, a lot of the furniture does come with the place so it stays. (sofas, love seats, most cabinets, carpet and tables). Things like the bedding, the computer desk in the office and the TV will go when the current tenants move out.

The apartment is small but great for a starter place. It has 1 master bed, 1 guest bed/office, kitchen, living room, bathroom and walk in closet.

I was wondering what would be good colors to make this look nice and modern and bigger than it really is? Current colors are a beige, cream color and all the walls and white ceiling. The carpet is that greyish color.

This forum is for the Home Designer software and not really a general design forum. You can build those rooms in the software and try out all kinds of wall colors and see them in 3D.
