Pool Screen Enclosure

I am working on a design for a southern home that will have a pool with a full screened pool enclosure butting up to the main home, as most southern homes do. I have read the previous posts and help data bse suggestions. Has there been any enhancements in HD Architecture 2014 to enable makiing this structure easier? Or do I need to create a room with invisible walls with sky light panels with screens to accomplish this? Would it me easier working from a pole barn structure?

I have done several "Lanai" type pool screen enclosures for custom homes in Florida (see attached image) using custom objects available only in Chief Premier.

I think something similar could be done using Home Designer Pro and perhaps Architectural Designer (Perhaps soffits and sloped soffits pieced together, set with a transparent material to emulate screen).
