New PC - lost version 9 Pro Catalogs, my dream house is stalled!
I purchased Home Designer Professional 9.0 when my wife and I bought land several years ago. In the ensuing years we have painstakingly designed our retirement home. I hope to break ground in 2 months.
I bought a new computer, uninstalled HDP9 from the previous PC and installed it in the new PC; the programs runs well. However, I didn't realize the uninstall process would delete all of the manufacturer and bonus catalogs.
I can't find them anywhere. I'm stuck; I can't justify a new version when I am at the end of a three year project, but I can't find the catalogs anywhere.
I tried http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/, the Certainteed project is too new, and neither Benjamin Moore nor Caesar Stone is listed, forget Therma Tru, CLopay, Amarr...
Anyone have any Ideas?
Matt

Make sure the new PC is running a supported OS for that older version 9, and if so, send in a ticket asking the Support folks.

If you do not want to do as Kat suggests, then consider upgrading to current versions where bonus and manufacturer catalogs are freely available at the Home Designer website.
