Cannot figure out how to open dialog.

I have Home Designer Suite 2014. In this tutorial video

At 1:38 of the video, she shows how to open a dialog, and I cannot tell how she does it. Is this available with Home Designer Suite?

You can double-click on most objects and that action will open their dialogs or in the Edit Tool Bar you will see an icon that looks like an open door, clicking on that icon in the edit tool bar will open that objects dialog, either way works.
