seeking designer

Im am looking for someone to draw a basement plan for me using Home Designer Pro, with material list and construction drawings. If anyone is interested contact me to discuss. Im will ing to pay about $200.00. I would just buy Home designer professional, however I'm waiting for the Mac vision to come out this spring. From what the sales department has told me, it should be out by spring. However, my customer is not willing to wait till spring. Thanks
