Install on another computer

My laptop died. I have purchased a new HP. If my old laptop is dead how can I uninstall program when I can't get on the old one? I want to put it on my new laptop.

I suppose you purchased it as a download? (Otherwise you could just reinstall it from your CDROM or DVD), if you purchased a download, your ONLY recourse is to Chief Architect Inc Customer Support, they are open Monday-Friday, Pacific Office Hours during the day.
They would be able to verify your ownership of a license and help you reload the software.

if you know your digitallocker (download) password you can download it again but you'll need the emergency password to re-register it ,if you dont have that you'll have to wait till monday as David said to get one from them.
