Library Browser won't open
Just installed Suite 2014 and am doing tutorials. I click on "Library" then "Library Browser" (and Ctrl+L) but nothing happens.

I would guess that you still need to download "Core Content" (that is what is in the Library Browser and IS a separate download due to its size). Look under "Library - Download Core Content" to install that.
