Hoe to stop Home Designer auto-connecting CAD lines

Is there any setting where I can stop Home Designer from automatically joining together CAD lines ? I'm drawing using CAD lines over a camera view and when I draw one line close to another it automatically connects the two - even though they are a different angles and have different line styles. It then updates the line style on the line I just drew to match the existing. Very frustrating. I've tried turning off Object Snaps but that hasn't helped.
