    Hi Keith , had a quick look online , that ATI 5450 is a $30 videocard and NOT recommended for gaming ,which is what you need for any of the HD Products to accelerate the 3D views. You might want to see if the Computer Builder will swap it out for you since it is new , my guess is they weren't aware that you use 3D software , you may have said you don't do any Gaming if they asked ? so they put in a budget card good enough for the Net and watching movies etc only , a card like the NVidia 550ti would be ok I think. It may still be a settings issue and you can live with it ? perhaps your old card can be installed in the new Comp.? don't know how old it is though.
