one staircase multiple properites?

I have a wood stair case going down from my deck to a concrete landing then concrete stairs going from the landing. Can I specify the properties seperatly for the two stair cases and landings?

I think so. Instead of doing the normal 2-part stair (draw one, draw the other touching at the corner, click in between), draw it in pieces. Draw the deck, draw the landing, then draw one set of stairs (concrete) up to the landing, and another set (wood) from the landing up to the deck.

You may need a bottom landing, too, and set the floor heights of each landing appropriately to get the stairs to be the right angle. Hope that helps.
