cannot insert some trees
Whenever I try to insert some trees, I get this type of error message shown in the attachment. I cannot insert the chosen trees nor can I view some of them.

Are these trees you made yourself or ones that were already in the library?
If it was already in the library, which one(s) gives you this error?
If you are getting this message for all of them, I would try uninstalling and reinstalling because I have not heard of anyone else getting this problem.

These are trees from the library found under: Plants; trees. Actually as I was playing around w/ it some more today, I noticed that there was another library of trees, "~xfrogPlants(TM) that I can get all icons to work. There's even more variety in this set.

I am not having any problems placing any of the trees under plants>trees.
Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest update.
If you are still having a problem, try calling tech support.
