I am not winning 
I can edit default framing but I do not want a global change. I set the type to garage but ... Still not winning. I think I will let it just sit for a while, a couple days, then try anew.
If I buy Chief Full, then I get X1 free when it comes out. Problem is I have many years of building experience, several years drafting (The old fashion way, before computers) and a couple decades as a software programmer.
