Dimentions on room labels

I am using pro 9.0
I have no trouble setting the tolorence on dimentons but I have trouble with room labels. My room labels are dispayed in feet and inches,which is O K, but the inches are shown in decimal and are rounded off to five decimal place,It looks redicules.
On my room labels,I would like the dimentions shown in fraction and rouded off to 1/2" . I tried to set this up in default settings but I can,t find a dialog box to do this.
How can I do this? I spent a lot of time looking for setting; but with no Luck.

I changed the display to sq feet and things look great.
