Disc Will Not Install

HELP HELP HELP
I am so frustrated. Just bought the LANDSCAPE AND DECK program, got ripped off at Office Depot for $20 over the internet price too. I have Windows XP and the discs just don't load, as if they were blank. Is this possible? Other discs work, computer is OK. Followed entire troubleshooting instructions...nothing. Anyone know why this could be?

Nope, My Computer doesn't even detect a disc!

This is the second program I've bought. I first got the Punch Master Landscape Pro and it was impossibly complicated. I got this because I figured it would be easier. I'm just a contractor, not an architect. What is your opinion?

HEY GUESS WHAT,

I called Tech support in Idaho and they were great.

They pointed out that the discs are not CDs, they are DVDs, and I have them in the wrong drive!!

Don't know about the program, but the tech support and customer service is teriffic. Any comments on the program?
