    Hemispherical steps

Anyone got any good ideas on how to draw a set of hemispherical steps? I have tried stacking cylinders (wedding cake like) but the unneeded part gets in the way and my cylinders keep moving and disappearing!. Perhaps there is some method using curved walls? or have I missed a better option?

Not the right term sorry They would be rather lethal wouldn't they! - Half circle steps - Stacked Half Cylinders - i.e. steps going down into a pool - may also be used going up to the front door or in landscape gardening.

Half round is the right term.

The pool is 1.1m deep (~44 inches) at that end so I would need four steps of about 22cm (~9 inches). The first step would need to be 24 inches say in length/diameter.

Would you use geometric shapes ?- I can get square or hexagonal steps by stacking these but without half or quarter circles I cant get the curves. Does Chief have a wider range of shapes?

    Thanks!
