comparison and buying decision

I'm comparing for purchase, HD pro 6, Punch as4000, and CADSoft envisioneer. HD pro 6 is in the lead.

I need a software that will let me get to the point of permit approval and ultimatley subcontractor bidding on a single relatively simple residence. I'm interested in speed, accuracy and not to interested in the interior fluff. I've drawn house plans the old fashioned way and know drafting techniques, design requirements and building codes. The house I build I will live in and then I want to use the software for a remodeling business.

Can anyone who has actually used the others, comment on the superiority of HD pro 6 over the other options? Am I on the right track based on what I need?
