Floors
I have a house built on the side of a hill. It has a large lower level, about 100sqm but an even larger main floor, about 200 sqm. Is it better to build the lower level as the first floor or as a basement ? I have found that some of the views and 3D renderings don't work too well on the lower level ? I hope as a non-US (New Zealand) user I have got the terminology right.
Thanks

If you have a walk out basement..
Do the lowest floor as the basement..Allen Colburn Jr.

Thanks Allen
I have been away for a few days.
I have made some progress with this problem but the basement doesn't appear on the elevation view ?
