Dan,
When I click on Help>Download Program Updates... I am taken to www.homedesigner.com.
Is there another way to get the update?
Thanks,
Jim

Dan,
I was able to download the 6.03 update, but am having trouble installing. I get the following error:
Patch Error
Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match.
Thanks for your help.

The patch error could be a number of things.
The most common are as follows:
1) The patch you downloaded was not for the product you own. If you have pro you may have downloaded the suite patch etc.
2) The existing executable is corrupted. The most common reason that executable files get corrupted is because a virus has attached itself to the file.Dan Park

Dan,
I double-checked the patch and it is correct. I also downloaded the latest virus definitions and scanned the Home Designer Suite 60 directory. No viruses were found.
Do you have any other ideas?
Thanks,
Jim
