Creating Hole in Wall

How do I create a hole in a wall? Broderbund's Home Architect has a tool for this. I am using Home Designer Deluxe 7.04 and I cannot find a way to do this. I am remodeling a basement and their a several windows in the block wall, I am putting a 2x4 frame wall against the block wall and I want to put a hole in the framed wall where the window is in the block wall. How do I do this in HDD 7.04?

A hole in a wall is simply a window or a door without trim.
