Architectural blocks
Is it possible with Home Designer Deluxe 7.08 to create my own architectural blocks? I have extensive flower beds and it's slows down my 3D rendering. I would like to be able to save them as a block, remove them while I work on my design and put them back once I am done. Thank you.

Can you turn them off in layer display?

No, you can't create your own architectural blocks in Deluxe and add them to your library.
Yes, you can follow Allen's advice and turn plants off from displaying in 3D by going to Tools>Display options and clicking on the 3D column to stop plants from displaying.

Thank you guys. That works perfectly. I still wish we could build our own architectural blocks though. How cool would that be?
