    Incomplete Foundation

In the two years that I have been using this program, I have never had this happen to me.

As you look at the front door you will notice that the door is high; it is not high, there is a 60 inch foundation under it which is supposed to be tan cinder block. Not a concrete 18 inch block.

I have gone over the settings several times, I have NOT done anything differently, at least to my knowledge, from any other plan that I have designed.

I know how to fix it through the vector elevation tools; but that would be a one time fix for this plan.

What I want is to know what caused something like this to happen?
Is there any other tab that I may have inadvertenly changed that may have caused this? The only "new" tab that I have been fooling around with is the "adding lites" for the exterior sun effects.

Did you spray paint the walls? Are the walls the right type?
There are to many things that might be off to keep guessing..

If you know how to fix it,that is what I would do and move on.If it happens again, then worry.

I agree, just thought I would try for some suggestions, beyond what I know; thanks to your lessons on elevation tools earlier in September.

Okay Stinker, I haven't opened it up yet, but I am sure I will be hit in the face with whatever you did in addition to the fixes.

Get back with you in awhile. Possibly after cracking up from laughing too hard.

    I Found It

You added a GABLE (roof/dormer) section behind the fireplace. Neat! Makes the roof lines look cleaner.

I know you changed the property lines.

    Elevation changed to 28

    Grn Span tile jpeg replaced

    And brick foundation wall fixed.

Thank you, it truly is appreciated.

I originally expected to find a yard full of cows in the plan; I like this better.

I deleted the lot so I could see better and then just rebuilt it..
That is a cricket behind the chimney so it will not leak.
Extended the chimney lower so it looks real..
I would have done a raytrace but some materials were missing..Looked funny without them..Your welcome..
The brick around the foundation might be easier with wall coverings..
The 4" brick ledge is really for a brick house..
Every thing lines up that way..
