Incomplete Foundation

In the two years that I have been using this program, I have never had this happen to me.

As you look at the front door you will notice that the door is high; it is not high, there is a 60 inch foundation under it which is supposed to be tan cinder block. Not a concrete 18 inch block.

I have gone over the settings several times, I have NOT done anything differently, at least to my knowledge, from any other plan that I have designed.

I know how to fix it through the vector elevation tools; but that would be a one time fix for this plan.

What I want is to know what caused something like this to happen?
Is there any other tab that I may have inadvertenly changed that may have caused this? The only "new" tab that I have been fooling around with is the "adding lites" for the exterior sun effects.
