I can't get the open below floor room designation to work ??

Although in the past I had no problem designating "rooms" as Open Below now even though in Plan Mode it shows the space as open below in 3D a floor is still there. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks.

In most cases the reason open below does not work is that you have room completely enclosed in another room. This is seen by the program as two independent buildings. Connect the inner room with the outer room using an invisible wall and it should work.
