clerstory windows

I am trying to design a passive solar home with HD Suite 6.0. In trying this I would like to try a roof with clerstory windows.

This requires the roof to be two different pitches toward the center and have the windows between the two roofs. I have attached an image of what I am trying.

How would I accomplish this with HD Suite 6?

This is somewhat difficult in Suite. Take a look at this online article that should help you.
