Drop down ceilings

I'm trying to do a drop ceiling and am having trouble getting
to walls of drop to show.

I have used invisible wall to define the room and set a lowered ceiling in that room. The ceiling show but no walls in the drop down.

I may be going about it all wrong. Any sugestions?

Probably is a better way, but,
you can always 'fudge' and enclose the dropped ceiling in a soffit BUILD>CABINET>SOFFIT.
Soffit specs allow you to set the base height above the building floor to just above the dropped ceiling and apply your wall materials to the soffit surface.
