Bringing Roof down from second floor

when I export...It only gives the floor plan. NOt the 3d Image.

Have you taken a capture of your 3D rendering by either using print screen (XP) or snipping tool (Vista)? If you have, you should be able to upload it from your 'picture' or 'document' file.
