    I have one more question:

It looks like you have added roof planes manually over the garage perimeter. Please confirm.

Looking at the 3D model there is a problem with the pitch of the lateral planes but I don't see the remaining roof planes in your 2D floorplan.

I tried everything...and I still get this. I matched all roof pitchs and I just can't figure what else to do...

Did you create a second story over your garage as was previously mentioned? If not, do so, then try setting this room's ceiling height lower and lower until until it appears correct on the outside, even if you have to set it as a one foot tall room. I'm not sure if this will work but you appear to be stuck, so try it.

Delete the walls over the garage on the second floor.
Then build the roof.Redraw the walls and send the roof up 1 floor.
    Add an auto dormer.
I get roof in front of the dormer this way..

    To follow up...

Do not add roof planes manually. Let the program figure out the roof planes for you.
