Garden Walls

Help, please. I'm using Landscape and Deck Designer 7.5 and I'm trying to build garden walls using decorative blocks to create some raised garden beds. I'd like the walls to be about 14" high. In some cases, the walls would connect to create an enclosed raised bed. In other cases, they'd begin at one point next to the outer wall of the house and end at another point next to the deck, so they wouldn't actually create a "room." I've tried using invisible walls to enclose those spaces in order to make it a "room" but it doesn't work. Either there's open space under the wall, or I can't adjust the height of the wall. Any suggestions, please? Thanks.
