Roof Help

I'm trying to make an exact design of my house so my parents can sample some of their design ideas, but I was having trouble with the roof. The first and second floors are almost exactly alike, except for the fact that the living room/foyers have huge cielings(approx. 19 feet high). I'm having trouble achieving what I want with the roofing. I basically have what I want, except that some roofs are higher than the others, so the ones that should match up, don't. I'll post a pic of what my house looks like now:

Scott-you don't say what software. Do you have manual roof tools?
