Pro comes with a screen capture converter for jpg and other formats. No other software required and it lives right in your software while you are running it.
file>export>jpg
In order to get a smaller jpg file make your screen window smaller. This technique can save anything you can see in the software. No trimming, sizing or borders to cut.
