lower my trapazoid windows

I want to lower my trapazoid windows but they will only drop to my double top plates. I will build with balloon framing and would seperate the lower and upper windows with 2x6 headers.

Do you have the ceiling height high to the ridge?
All so check frame through if you have that option.

I am using Home designer pro 7.0. I did see the option for frame through. I am gussing I should set my cieling height to match the ridge and make sure that frame through is not checked. The problem I see with is that I will be trying to build two different window in plan view at the same location along the wall. I will give it a try maybe if set the sill height of the traps it will allow me to do this.

You should be able to move them down by holding down the control key while in a camera or elevation view.
