recessed lights

Good day folks! Can anyone tell me why some of my recessed lights appear to be in the 'on' mode and others appear to be in the off mode? I used one light and utilized copy / pasted function it...

May be of some help.
BTW-what software version are you using. Could you go to your user control panel and edit your signature to add that info so each time you post it will be be there for us. Will save a lot of time.
