Foundation wall by deck too high

Using HD Pro 7. New user alert. Designing a single story house with deck. I have attached a picture showing the location of the problem wall. When I build the foundation the system makes the foundation wall next to the deck a couple inches higher than the rest of the foundation walls. It must be realted to the floor depth of the deck verses the floor thickness of the house, but I have been unable to fix it.

Any ideas?
