Need to make a "widow's walk" on roof
I need to do a roof that isn't quite what the program offers. I don't know what it's called, but it slants up equally from each of four walls, then has a small flat square on top with a railing around it. The automatic roof (hip roof?) has a "seam" along the top. Is there any way to do this manually in HD Suite 7? I'm using a 12 pitch; have four dormers in place extending from a 3rd floor/attic; and have a different pitch over a curved bay front room.
Thanks,
Susan M.

I'm not sure how you would do that with Suite. Maybe Pro is the best program for that.

Hi Susan,
I think Ashley is correct. Pro is the only solution. I don't exactly know what your plan looks like but here's a quick sample I made. It's just a shell with 12/12 pitch and a flat section with wrought iron railing. I'm using Pro 7.
May it's time for you to upgrade?
