Viewing Library

I have "Vista" on my computer and I've recently received the Interior Designer CDs and have downloaded the Bonus Library, however each time I want to view the Bonus Library I'm asked to reinstall it, repair it or unstall it. Can you tell me what to do?

First, I would go back to the web site and make sure the Bonus material is intended for your version of Home Designer. Not all are for Interior Designer.

I suspect that might be the case.

Second, are you trying to view the library via the application or are you simply double-clicking on the file downloaded?

Third, if that's not it...post which one is giving you issues, see if someone else has had similar issues.

Finally, I would contact customer support.
