Floor Referance Display

I'm sorry if this duplicates another thread already posted but i searched for it first and found nothing so here i go. My floor referance wont show up. i already checked to see where each floor was referancing to and that was fine, and no there not so similar that i cant see the next floor. Can anyone help me??

Do you have it turned on?

Try this. With Floor reference turned on, switch back and forth between the two floors you want to reference.

Also, make sure Floor Reference is turned on in Display options.

I think don is on to something here, I have had that happen where I have done nothing different, flipped between the floors and the reference floor shows up all a sudden like
