Adding stairs with landing, increasing wall heights

I have version 7. Is it possible to create stairs that go up to a landing, then from the landing turn 180 degrees to go up another set of stairs? I seem to be able to create stairs that connect to a landing, but can only turn 90 degrees and go up. Also, how to raise wall heights to 9 0r 10 feet? I type in the numbers I want in the wall profile, but when I click 'ok' the numbers are overwritten by the program. Thanks for any help
