Attempted access to missing list (plist) item (2300)

Hi. I have been having a lot of trouble with errors occuring. The most recent is a pop-up message: "Attempted access to missing list (plist) item (2300). I'm given the option to say okay, or X out. I have tried both, and it continues to pop up every few seconds. Any idea of how to fix this???
