i am new and have some questions
I had installed the BHG interior designer back in Nov. 07. I was going to work on it tonight and found that the desktop icon was gone. I went into the control panel and it must have been removed from the programs. I tried reinstalling the program and when I insert the tutorial cd disk 1 (which is the directions in the instruction manual ), not all of the registration info come up. It goes straigh to the license agreement and then to the destination location. It doesnt give me the option to install. What could be the problem?

Hi,
When you went into the Control Panel did you go to Install/Remove software to look for the program?
It doesn't sound like it has been removed.
If you insert the disk and go past the license agreement and then to the destination location and agree to the location, what happens?
If you are using Windows XP go to Files and Folders you can do a search for Better Homes and Gardens or BHG
