Registration w/new owner

I want to give my old Home Designer 6.0 to a cousin. I have the original CD w/CD key and all that but my question is re: registration. Since I orginally registered the program, will she be able to install and register or will I have to contact the company and .. ummm .. de-register or somesuch?

I would call the company.Don't think there will be any problem,but calling if a good idea.
