I have one question about Pro 8.
What about soffit? we can create different shapes such as angle, triangle or round?

I don't think so (I don't see any new handles when soffit is select, nor does Ctrl, Alt or Shift do anything different). There are, however, more geometric shapes in the Library than I remember and their behaviours are similar to a soffit it shouldn't be a problem.
