    Moving doors.

I'm adding a closet to a garage that was converted to a family room.

I figured out how to lower the ceiling like the existing room and how to make the walls i placed go all the way to the floor, but the door I placed in the walls will not go below what it thinks is the floor level... I tried Control click drag already.

    What am I doing wrong?

It looks like it might be just a matter of changing the room designation from closet to garage since you are entering it from the garage level. Or try creating a new room on the rooms list with the garage charactaristics.

Looked everything over and still can't find a solution...

Here is a new picture with the door open showing that the floor inside is the same and the floor outside...

I see you were able to move it down a little bit. It is up against the ceiling in your previous pic. I would suggest contacting tech support at Chief Architect, Inc. They will probably have you send in your file so they can try to reproduce your specific problem. Please post here after they help you fix the problem so others can see what to do if they end up having the same issue. Good Luck!
